Magic’s went on to secure an overall score of 115-112 against the Trail Blazers during the buzzer-beating play. As Desmond Bane took the center stage against the Portland Trail Blazers, the Orlando Magic had already scripted history in the league. ESPN’s official X handle posted,

Similarly, Miami Heat’s Andrew Wiggins showed his exemplary heroics on the court against Cleveland Cavaliers. While leading the Heat, Wiggins was headstrong about breaking the 138-138 tie against Cavaliers. Reportedly, with only 0.4 seconds left on the clock, Erik Spoelstra changed the course of the game. The two buzzer-beaters made NBA history, as it's the first time two teams from the same state won with game-winning shots on the same night.
