Cruz Beckham has sparked fresh speculation of a family rift after appearing to take a swipe at his older brother Brooklyn on social media. The 20-year-old son of Victoria and David Beckham made several sharp-tongued comments on TikTok - including what many saw as a dig at Brooklyn's patchy career history. When one follower commented under a video of Cruz playing guitar, asking: "Are you going to stick with this job or going to become a race car driver next or something?" he replied: "Wrong brother mate."
The remark was widely interpreted as a reference to Brooklyn, 26, who has famously switched between careers - trying his hand at football, photography, cheffing and even Formula E racing. He also runs a hot sauce brand called Cloud23, but his eclectic CV has long been the subject of online memes. Cruz didn't hold back. When another user wrote: "Definitely got his talent from his mam.. I'd try football like ya dad". Cruz hit back: "Julie mate have u seen what u look like, maybe sort it out."

And when a third commented: "He has the talent of an average teenage boy that just recently started learning guitar", Cruz sarcastically responded: "It's easy to comment on TikTok isn't it u think I care what you think darling x."
Shortly after, Cruz appeared to be sending a deeper message via Instagram. Posting a clip of The Beatles' 1969 song, The End, to his story, he wrote: "The truth will unfold."
The lyrics he chose included: "And in the end / The love you take / Is equal to the love you make."
Last month, Cruz also shared one of his mum Victoria Beckham's solo tracks - 2001's Every Part of Me - posting lyrics that read: "I promise I'll be here if someone ever breaks your heart," and: "I've seen how easy things can change.
"And people never stay the same... I think you should know that people gonna come and go. Be assured of this one thing: I will still remain."

The posts come amid growing rumours of a fallout between Brooklyn and his parents, which intensified when he and wife Nicola Peltz were absent from Sir David Beckham's star-studded 50th birthday bash - where guests included Tom Cruise and Gordon Ramsay.
Brooklyn has remained silent on the rumours, as he did when his dad was officially knighted.
But in a recent post, he doubled down on his loyalty to Nicola, writing: "My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person I know xx me and you forever baby."
A source close to Victoria told Metro: "Victoria is upset that things have escalated to this point. Brooklyn has made his position clear in his recent post and that has left both herself and David heartbroken."
But a source close to Brooklyn hit back: "It's sad that a simple statement of love and appreciation for his wife is being manipulated into something that it isn't."
