Beyonce has responded to fans after a terrifying incident saw her almost falling out of a car which was propelled into the air at her latest concert.
While performing in Houston during her flying car stint, the cables appeared to be uneven and left Beyoncé tilting over the edge until she was brought back down. In videos taken by fans, Beyonce kept it professional and was cool, calm and collected while the incident was resolved.
She has now taken to Instagram, where she addressed the situation with humour. She shared a video montage of her show, including her car malfunction, along with the caption: “Sittin’ Sidewayz”.

Fans couldn’t get enough of her post as one person commented: “Her sense of humour is unmatched”, while another added: “A legend who can take a joke, iconic”.
A third fan wrote: “I was on the edge of my seat watching you up there last night, but only you could handle with such poise and calmness. And then to crack a joke about it afterwards? Iconic. Your show was truly transformative, Beyoncé. Love you, Queen Bey”.
After the show, Beyoncé's team released a statement addressing the incident and labelling it a 'technical mishap'.. They said: “Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyonce uses to circle the stadium, and see her fans up close, to tilt.”

They added: “She was quickly lowered and no one was injured. The show continued without incident”.
After finishing the song, she told her fans: “'I wanna thank y'all 'for loving me, if ever I fall, I know y'all will catch me.”
This isn’t the first time that Beyoncé has suffered a mechanical issue on her Cowboy Carter tour. In May, at her show in Los Angeles, a robot on stage had failed to hit its mark. It was supposed to pour a bottle of liquor into her glass, but ended up pouring it over the golden chair she was sitting on.
Beyoncé has proven she can handle a few mishaps and carry on the show without fault.
The Cowboy Carter Tour, which is officially called Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit Tour, is her worldwide tour in support of her album Cowboy Carter. It features 32 stadium shows across the US and Europe.
The musician began the tour back in April in Inglewood, California and is all set to conclude in July in Paradise, Nevada.
