Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A BJP leader was looted at gunpoint at his home in Morena on Tuesday night. The miscreants decamped with gold, silver and cash worth Rs 1 crore.
BJP leader Rajkumar Yadav was present along with his wife and village sarpanch Manju Yadav and their two children when the thieves attacked.
The incident took place in Alapur village near Jaura, Madhya Pradesh.

The incident happened at around 1:30 AM on Tuesday. BJP leader Rajkumar Yadav, his wife Manju Yadav (the village sarpanch), and their two children were present in the house.
The robbers climbed onto the roof using an iron ladder and entered the house. Four armed men entered while a few stood outside.

The family said ₹50 lakh cash was kept at home for land registry work.
After the robbery, villagers gathered and expressed anger over weak police patrolling in the area. Locals said that due to poor patrolling, such a big crime could happen easily.
Morena SP Sameer Saurabh said the dog squad and fingerprint experts visited the house. Cyber cell is also working on the case. “It’s a big incident. We will solve it soon,” he assured.
