TVS launches NTORQ 150 hyper scooter for Gen Z riders: Check range, design and price details here

TVS Motor Company on Thursday announced the launch of the TVS NTORQ 150, calling it India’s first hyper sport scooter designed for Gen Z riders.

Priced at an introductory ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, all India), the new model combines a race-tuned 149.7cc engine with aggressive styling and advanced connected features to target a younger, performance-oriented audience.

TVS NTORQ 150: Price and variants

The NTORQ 150 will be available in two trims:

• Standard variant – Stealth Silver, Racing Red, Turbo Blue
• TFT-equipped variant – Nitro Green, Racing Red, Turbo Blue

The starting price is ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India).
TVS NTORQ 150: Range
The scooter is powered by a 149.7cc, air-cooled O3CTech engine, delivering 13.2 PS at 7,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. It accelerates from 0–60 km/h in 6.3 seconds and has a top speed of 104 km/h, making it one of the quickest in its category.

Inspired by stealth aircraft, the NTORQ 150 features:

• Multipoint projector headlamps and signature ‘T’ tail lamp
• Aerodynamic winglets and jet-inspired vents
• Naked motorcycle-style handlebar
• Sport-tuned suspension with lightweight alloy wheels
• Stubby muffler with distinctive sound

The scooter adopts a forward-biased stance and sharp, aggressive styling to highlight its performance-oriented character.

TVS NTORQ 150: Tech and connectivity
Equipped with TVS SmartXonnect™ and a hi-res TFT instrument cluster, the scooter offers over 50 connected features. These include:
Alexa and smartwatch integration

• Turn-by-turn navigation and live vehicle tracking
• Last parked location, call/message alerts, social media notifications
• Ride modes, OTA updates, and customizable widgets

The adaptive display is paired with a 4-way navigation switch and integrated telematics, positioning it as one of the most advanced scooters in the Indian market.

For rider safety, the NTORQ 150 offers ABS and traction control (a segment-first), crash and theft alerts, hazard lamps, and emergency brake warnings. Practical touches include telescopic suspension, adjustable brake levers, 22-litre under-seat storage, and a patented E-Z center stand.

The NTORQ 150 builds upon the success of the NTORQ brand, which has seen over two million customers since its debut. With the new launch, TVS is aiming squarely at Gen Z riders seeking both performance and technology in the scooter segment.
